12 Days of Christmas | Classes and Events in 2017

I cannot believe that we are already at the last video of my 12 Days of Christmas series for 2016! I have had so much fun, and I hope you have enjoyed them too. This is my chance for a bit of a catch up with you all before the festivities begin….. This past few months have been more than a little hectic, and I have had to re-evaluate what I can and cannot do with my blog, videos and events. (as I write this I have nothing made for the new year, heaps of things on the to do list, and not a lot of prospect of finding time to do any of it!)

Which leaves me with some sad news, at least for the first half of 2017 I wont be doing any in-person events, I am gutted because I just LOVE to stamp with you all, but I just cannot commit to a regular evening, and I don’t like having to change the day the week before (which has happened more than once in 2016) so, to replace my in-person events, I will be posting 2 classes each month online! Yay! …. oh, and the videos and blog posts are staying too!

Right then, class details……

Class sign up’s start on 4th January, but you can pre-register your interest using the form below!
Class costs £45, which means that you get to pick one of the FABULOUS Sale-a-bration goodies!
Classes will be posted on the 1st and 14th of each month and you will have around 14 days to pre-order before I close the class and place your orders! Classes should ship to you about a week later.
There will be a postage fee of £3.00 per class kit
Each class will make 6 cards (or other projects) and comes with exclusive video tutorials as well as all the card stock, embellishments and other bits of bobs to make the cards!

Oh my goodness, I cannot believe we are finally nearing the end of 12 Days of Christmas! and this is my last crafty video of the year! I hope you have enjoyed this 12 days of videos as much as I have, and if there is something else you would like to see, let me know, and I might even do it all over again!

These cute little bags (I think they look like draw string pocket because of the closure) are totally inspired by my Friend Sam and one of her lovely projects. Check out me making them in the video below!

Yep, ribbon and twine and me are still not friends, but I am still trying!

12 Days of Christmas | OnStage Display Board Stamper Projects

Ok, so back in July I received a very exciting phonecall from the gorgeous Kelly at the Stampin’ Up! UK office asking me to be a Display Board Stamper for Stampin’ Up! OnStage in Telford in November. I nearly exploded with excitement, but was bound by some seriously strict rules and wasn’t allowed to speak to anyone about it! 12 Days of Christmas | Birthday Card Club 2017

Yes, the day has finally arrived! the day I can tell you all about something that I am so damn excited about, it has almost killed me not giving you all the details!

Welcome to my Birthday Card Club 2017!

I will explain all in the video below, but basically this club is AWESOME! Pre-order during December for our January start.

Month One costs £45 and includes a great birthday themed stamp set; Balloon Adventures, an Emerald Envy Ink Pad, a whole pack of Whisper White envelopes and a Fast Fuse PLUS you get to choose a great Sale-a-bration item too! as well as a card kit to make 4 Birthday cards with written instruction sheets.

Then, each month from February through to June costs £10 and includes a card kit each month. So, for a full 6 months you will have all the goodies and instructions for 4 birthday cards each month, that’s 24 Birthday cards in total! How great is that! Simply Sketched Saturday Challenge – December 2016

Hello! Welcome to the Simply Sketched Saturday Challenge for December! One of our brand new members Amanda Charlesworth set us a fabulously swirly challenge this month, and while I have straightened out the swirls to fit in with my style I cannot wait to see what the other girls have made!

Simply Sketched Saturday Challenge December challenge using Birthday Blossoms from Stampin' Up! UK

Amanda’s original sketch had a swirl on the diagonal from top to bottom, but seeing as I don’t own a single swirl stamp I have removed that bit of the sketch. This is one of those things I love doing with sketched, changing them to suit what I own and my style of card making. I do however love the floral cluster idea in the middle of the card, so I took that and ran with it!

The darker flowers are punched using the Blossom Builder punch, and I have used the faux suede technique to create these fabulously textured flowers
